Supported housing is provided in a range of accommodation types and
sizes, from single person accommodation to shared housing for between
two and six people. The shared houses offer different models of
provision, including single and mixed gender houses. In addition
some projects work mainly with people with learning disabilities
or with mental health problems while others will have a more mixed
client group. As part of our ethos of maximising independence for
each individual there is an aim and expectation that, in most cases,
support levels will reduce over time.
