Floating Support is housing-related support provided to people in their own homes. Since 2005 ILA has been providing floating support to people with learning disabilities living in St. Helens. We have also set up a floating support service in Warrington for service users with mental health problems who move into independent accommodation from our supported housing.

Domiciliary Care is also a service provided to people in their own homes but includes an element of personal care necessary to enable service users to maintain their independence. ILA has been registered as a domiciliary care agent with CSCI (Commission for Social Care Inspection) since January 2006 and is providing a domiciliary care service for people with learning disabilities in St Helens.
