A member of the
Placement Team (which consists of two full-time members of staff who
are highly skilled and experienced at assessing complex support needs
and drawing-up support plans and risk management plans) will contact
you to:
Discuss the prospective service user's needs
Provide you with relevant information about our services
Make an appointment for an initial assessment visit to ascertain if ILA can meet the individual's
