Providing a better quality of life
About Independent Living Alliance

Independent Living Alliance supports adults with mental health problems, learning difficulties, personality disorders and complex and challenging behaviours. We have services throughout Merseyside, Manchester, Wigan and Warrington and are keen to develop new services in other areas of the Northwest.

ILA has been providing specialist supported housing since 2001 and home support since 2004. Since January 2006 we have been regisitered as a domiciliary care (home care) provider with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI)

Support is flexible and person-centred which means that, whether you are receiving Home Support or living in Supported Housing, it is based on your needs, not our convenience.

Because many of our service users have complex needs we have engaged Clinical Psychology Associates to deliver ILA's Clinical Services.

Read the Stories of some of the People we have supported and about their  Opportunities for Involvement within ILA.

We have introduced a range of Quality Assurance measures to ensure that service users can expect and receive a top quality service from ILA.
